Our Story

From a studio table to an online curriculum — a short origin story in three acts.

Intro

The course began as a weekly studio supper: five friends, one kitchen, a notebook of refined recipes. We noticed the same questions — technique, timing, and how to translate craft to a small home kitchen.

Beginning

We built modular lessons that paired short demonstrations with practice exercises. Early students adapted recipes, and we learned how to teach choices rather than scripts.

Today

Now the program blends guided feedback, optional one-on-one reviews, and adaptable menus so each student leaves with a method that fits their life.
